Registration Guidelines

All persons must be registered for HPF using our online registration system. All registrants will be checked against the National Sex Offender Registry at www.nsopw.org. Photo ID is required and will be checked onsite for each registration. Entry to the festival will be refused if you do not present your photo ID.

If you are registering teens and/or children, please select “Add Child/Children” in the form and enter their information as requested. If you are registering more than 5 children, please Contact Us

If you are registering a pet, please send current vaccination records to registrations@kchsa.org by May 15th. Please title the email, “HPF Pet Registration” and include your name in the email so we can match it to your registration. Your pet will be refused admission if the proper documentation is not received prior to your arrival at Heartland Pagan Festival. In addition to the pet information in Camp Gaea’s Agreement of Respect, please be advised that pets are not allowed in the shower house or dining hall. Please make appropriate accommodations for your pet when you and/or your family will be in these areas.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE – ONLINE DAY PASS REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE. All Day Passes are non-refundable.

IF YOU ARE A MERCHANT. All persons associated with your merchant booth must register using the HPF 2017 Merchant Registration module. If you have any questions, please contact Aislinn directly.

IF YOU ARE AN HONORED GUEST. All persons in your contract must register using the HPF 2017 Honored Guest Registration module. If you have any questions, please contact Jacki directly.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WORK EXCHANGE. You must register using the Heartland Pagan Festival 2017 Work Exchange Registration module. It will be opened April 1st.

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OR STAFF. You must register using the Heartland Pagan Festival 2017 Member and Staff Registration module. It will be open May 1st.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so through April 30th and receive a full refund. If you need to cancel after April 30th but before the start of the Heartland Pagan Festival, you will receive a 50% refund. Once the Heartland Pagan Festival begins, we cannot offer any refunds. Any refunds given via Paypal after the 60-day Paypal Refund Window will be less the fees incurred by Heartland Spiritual Alliance on the original transaction. Completion of the Refund Request Form is required. (This is for data collection and treasury documentation purposes only.)

Sunday 9:00am – 1:00pm

For administrative purposes, Registration will be closed 2:00pm – 2:30pm on Thursday and Friday.
